The staff were incredible, very caring and genuine. The location was central to all the main sites in the city, including the national opera house. We had a great breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the parking and transportation options were convenient.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities were top-notch. They even had a great lounge/bar/restaurant area where I could relax and enjoy a meal or drink. The location was perfect, as it was close to Bertrand and had easy access to Notre Dame, Louvre, Seine, Sacre Coure. Additionally, the staff were outstanding. They were very caring and genuine, making sure that my needs were met and that I had a great experience.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the room was immaculate with top-notch cleanliness. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym that included cardio equipment and a yoga/stretching area. The location was also unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring and shopping.

We loved the location right across from the opera house and the Galleries Lafayette, both of which have breathtaking ceilings that must not be missed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-equipped rooms, including free wifi and ample storage space. The staff, from Morgane the concierge to the housekeeper, were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. As shoppers, we appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day of exploring, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
Hard to think of anything. We had a fantastic stay and couldn't find any negatives.
